Full warranty
All our UPSs are generally fully guaranteed for a period of 2 years.
Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty during this period is provided in the Carry-in mode:
In the event of a problem, the Customer arranges, at his own expense and risk, for the delivery and collection of the product under warranty at our premises, which will carry out the repair totally free of charge (spare parts and labour included).
Repair times are calculated in 5 working days as there is a minimum Run-In time of 72 hours (3 days) once the repair has been completed.
For UPS installations with high power ratings, where it is extremely difficult to move the unit, ON LITE technicians will of course provide timely on-site assistance, at the sole cost of the repair costs.

Thanks to a wide and comprehensive range of certified products, with ON LITE you will meet any requirement for UPSs and their batteries.
In fact, UPSs with different features and construction technologies, equipped with management software and power ratings from 500 VA to 250 kVA are available to you.

Constantly adhering to its corporate policy, aimed at consolidating and increasing its current position in the UPS and battery market, also through highly professional and specific services, we offer the possibility of immediate replacement of products that do not fully meet the customer’s needs or, if requested, full reimbursement for a period of 15 days from receipt of goods.
