At ON LITE S.r.l., we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

The right of withdrawal is governed by the Consumer Code, Article 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the consumer, defined under Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 as “a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft, or professional activity.”

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you receive the product or when a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision through a clear written statement sent to the following email address: onlite@onlite.it

We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, and no fees will be charged for the refund.
Upon request, a replacement product may be offered, subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis.
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error cannot be returned.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The products were purchased no more than 14 days ago
• The products are unused
• The products are in their original packaging
• All accessories are included (e.g., cables, manuals, etc.)
• Proof of purchase within the eligible period is provided (receipt, invoice, or other valid documentation)

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products made to order or customized
• Products which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
To be eligible for return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

Return Shipping
You are responsible for returning the products. Return shipping costs are solely your responsibility. ON LITE S.r.l. will not cover any return shipping expenses.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. We therefore recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
We cannot issue a refund without having received the returned products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued via bank transfer or another payment method, within a few days.

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days.
If more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once we have received and verified that the returned product meets the conditions stated above, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, excluding any original shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days.
Refunds are typically issued via bank transfer and no refund fees will be applied.

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
