Information pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003 on the processing of Personal Data.

This information notice is provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 – (Privacy Code) – and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), and applies exclusively to data collected through the website https://www.onlite.it.

Foreword
Please read this Information Notice on Processing of Personal Data carefully. By using and/or registering yourself with the portal www.tecnoware.com, you engage to comply with these Conditions of use. Should you not accept these Conditions of use, you may not use this website. All the services provided by ON LITE S.r.l. through its website presuppose full and complete acceptance. By ticking the box “I agree to the processing of my personal data” to be found on each contact form and at the end of the registration forms, the user acknowledges that he/she is fully informed and is bound by all the provisions of the Terms of Use. 

Purpose of the processing
Those using the website www.onlite.it are advised that all the data collected will be used exclusively for in-house purposes: providing services, statistical analysis and marketing. Tecnoware srl undertakes not to resell the collected data to third party companies.

The Data Controller will process the data for the following purposes:

  1. collection and retention for purposes of establishing and managing the contract relationship practically and administratively, and related to delivering the service offered on the website;
  2. employment of the personal data of the user or the business to provide communications concerning performance of the contract;
  3. processing the personal data provided and those emerging from website browsing, in order to deliver a service consistent with the elements transmitted during use of the service;
  4. collection, retention and processing of data to perform statistical analyses in anonymous and/or aggregate form;
  5. purposes functional to the performance of our activity such as sending general and specific communications;
  6. for market research, statistical analysis and marketing;
  7. for sending newsletters containing: customised offers, commercial initiatives, the launch of new products/services, discounts and promotions.

Data voluntarily provided by the users/visitors
Should users/visitors, connecting to this website, send their personal data via email or contact forms to: subscribe to the newsletter, request information or configurations, purchase products, services and/or supplies or to issue invoices, they must be aware that this involves the acquisition by the Data Controller of the personal data necessary for the fulfilment of the requests and/or others. The data collected will be processed exclusively to respond to requests. Users of the website www.onlite.it who volunteering provide their data will be placed on the recipient list for the newsletter. They may unsubscribe at any time, as described under the item “Newsletter”. The processing operations carried out and the relevant data retention periods may be different for each specific purpose.

Browsing data
The information systems and software procedures for operating this website, during their ordinary operation, acquire some personal data, transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols.
These data are not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but, through processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow identification of users.
This data category includes IP addresses or name dominions of  computers used by users connecting to the website, their browsers and other parameters referring to the operating system and IT environment used to connect to the website, including the time of request and the reply received from the server. These data are used only to collect anonymous statistical information about use of the website, to improve the service and to check its proper operation.
No data coming from the web service will be communicated or disseminated.

Personal data processing details

When you write to us via a contact form and/or a website registration form, we will use your data to carry out the requested service. In order to be able to write via a contact form/form or to subscribe to the www.tecnoware.com website, you must accept this Privacy Policy. Without this consent no message can be sent from the contact forms and no subscription or partnership request can be accepted. Your data are stored in e-mail archives and in backups.

Access to the data
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, certain categories of officers and authorised parties involved in the business organisation of the Webite Owner (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal and system administrator personnel) may have access to the data. In addition, the Data Controller may make use of external parties (such as third party technical service providers, transporters, hosting providers, cloud services, IT companies, communication agencies) who may be appointed as outside people in charge of data processing. An updated list of the persons in charge can always be requested from the Data Controller by contacting the address indicated above.

Newsletter
By subscribing to the newsletter, through the forms on the website, the popups or through landing pages outside the website, your name and email address and the commercial area of interest (in the case of a corporate entity),  are automatically included in a list of contacts to whom newsletters are sent, which may also contain commercial and promotional information. The service is provided through appropriate platform and the recipient of such email communications may at any time exercise the right to unsubscribe from the service by clicking on the appropriate link located above the footer of the newsletter, or the so-called “right to be forgotten” by writing a notice to onlite@onlite.it with the subject “request for the right to be forgotten of email address” and specifying the name and domain to be permanently deleted from our database. To subscribe to the newsletter you must be at least 16 years old. Who has access to this data: the newsletter is accessed by all employees of ON LITE S.r.l. who deal with administration, customer relations, marketing or third party technical service providers such as IT companies.
 

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to obtain statistics on website traffic; we have set up Google Analytics in such a way that your IP address is anonymised.
The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about how you use the website (including the first part of your IP address) is then transmitted to Google and stored on its servers in the United States. Google will use this information to track and examine how visitors use the website, and will provide this information, in aggregate form and never linked to your identity, through the Analytics reports and other information services.

We look at Analytics to better understand what our users like and do not like, and to improve the content of this website.

Who has access to this data: all Tecnoware s.r.l. employees who deal with administration and customer relations have access to the Google Analytics account.

Facebook Pixel
The Facebook pixel may be installed on this website. It is primarily used to track the results of advertising campaigns launched on Facebook. We may also use it to show targeted advertising on Facebook to visitors to the website or to a specific page of the website. Everything is done via cookies and your browsing data are not linked to your identity and personal data. This means that Facebook only shows us the data in an anonymous form. We do not know what you have done and we do not know your first name, last name, email address, Facebook profile. We only know how many people have done something in a certain period of time.
Who has access to this data? The account on the Facebook page can be accessed by all ON LITE S.r.l. employees who deal with administration and customer relations.

Google Maps
Google Maps is incorporated into this website. This Google service installs profiling and statistical cookies. Google’s privacy policy is available here.

Rights of the concerned parties
Every user has the right to:
Withdraw consent at any time. Object to the processing of his data. Access his own data. Check his own data and ask for them to be updated or corrected. Obtain the limitation of the processing. Obtain deletion or removal of his data. Ask for the portability of his data. Submit a complaint to the Control Authority. The individual entities to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request additions or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data). Pursuant to the same article, data subjects have the right to request the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. The data collected are processed using IT tools. Specific security measures will be employed to prevent loss of data, illicit or improper use and unauthorised access.

Legal grounds for processing
We process your personal data only if: you have given your consent for one or more specific purposes (e.g. filling in contact forms, subscribing to newsletters, requesting a quote or customised configuration, etc.) or if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or the performance of pre-contract measures. You may, at any time, ask on what legal grounds we have processed your data.

Place of processing
The data are processed mainly at our registered office in Via Primo Stucchi, 78 – 20872 Cornate d’Adda (MB) or wherever we may be at the time we access the website.

Period of data retention
We process and store personal data for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. If we have obtained your consent to process the data, we may retain the data until you revoke your consent. Data relating to newsletter subscription are kept until you request to unsubscribe from the newsletter. We may also be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period in order to comply with a legal obligation or an order by an authority. At the end of the retention period we will erase the data collected and the right of access, erasure, rectification and the right to portability can no longer be exercised. Browsing data, collected automatically, will be kept only as long as necessary to gather anonymous statistical information on use of the website and to check proper operation, and will be erased immediately after processing

How to exercise your rights
The data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 of Reg. EU 679/2016: access his personal data and  all information; rectification of personal data that is inaccurate and addition of incomplete data; erasure of data, except for data contained in documents that must be compulsorily kept by the Data Controller and unless there is a prevailing legitimate reason to proceed with the processing; restriction of the processing if one of the hypotheses referred to in Article 18 of the aforementioned Regulation applies. To exercise your rights you may get in touch with us at info@tecnoware.com. You will receive a reply within 30 days. The data subject also has the right to object to the processing of his personal data, without prejudice to what is provided for with regard to the necessity and obligatory nature of the processing for the purposes of establishing the contract relationship; to revoke any consent he may have given for non-compulsory data processing, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. The party concerned may exercise all the above rights by sending an e-mail to the Data Controller. Information not contained in this privacy policy. Optional or compulsory provision of data
Apart from what has been specified for browsing data that acquire data automatically, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data or not to provide them. Failure to provide such data may only result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. You can consult this page regularly, referring to the date of latest update shown below.
